Personal Background

Mr. Sandler is the founding Chairperson of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and chairs the firm’s Employment Law Department. He represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination, sexual harassment and disability issues, wrongful discharge and restrictive covenant litigation, labor negotiations, arbitrations, labor audits and supervisory training. He is listed as a labor lawyer in The Best Lawyers in America. He is a Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers.
