Personal Background
A cum laude graduate of Auburn University’s nationally recognized School of Engineering and of the University of Alabama’s School of Law, Mr. Lee is a shareholder with the Birmingham office of Maynard, Cooper and Gale, P.C., where he has practiced since 1991. He works exclusively in the area of labor and employment law, representing management in all aspects of the employment relationship. Mr. Lee's practice is focused primarily in federal court litigation in cases involving Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and FLSA.

We currently have nine attorneys working full time in our Labor and Employment Group, five of whom are at the partner level. Our cases have included NLRB, OSHA, MSHA, EEOC and Department of Labor proceedings, employment discrimination (including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA), wrongful discharge, labor negotiations and arbitration, wage and hour matters, Workers’ Compensation and other labor and employment matters.
